Victor Lavoura
Meet Victor Lavoura, a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer who began his lending career in 2016. Victor has held various roles centered around the mortgage process, giving him valuable insight into the mortgage life cycle. His experience in assisting the residential mortgage department from loan origination through closing sets him apart from most lenders. Victor’s background in back-office operations ensures he is knowledgeable and comfortable looking after his customers’ needs throughout the loan process.
After gaining experience in the Danbury, CT market, Victor now works under the leadership of Penn Johnson at Stamford Mortgage Company. Victor was first introduced to Penn in 2016, and Penn has been instrumental in Victor’s professional development, serving as a mentor since then. Victor is excited to continue his career at Stamford Mortgage Company and to be part of Penn’s team.
Victor takes pride in assisting his customers, especially first-time homebuyers, with their financing needs to help simplify the process. Additionally, Victor speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish, and he enjoys helping non-English speaking customers achieve their homeownership goals.
